Terrelle and the Buckeyes looked good. The scarlet team won 23-3....a good afternoon.

Hineygate is Gone !!

Pete and I went to Columbus for the Spring Game. Our first stop was at "Hineygate"!!

SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's all boarded up!!

Pete paid homage ...at least until the security policeman came over to talk to us!!



From Hineygate, we had to go directly to the Varsity Club to have a beer with some avid fans!!

This blog was announcing it ...and I received an official notice from the Holiday Inn on Lane (the home of "Hineygate") that the building has been sold and will be converted into college dorms.
We have stayed at this Holiday Inn (did I mention, the home of Hineygate) for the last three years for each of the home games.

Another good weekend...friends stopped by our Hineygate room (Dan, Ralph, Mike, Paul, Jeff and Dave), we walked over and watched the players enter St. Johns for Skull Session, and I was able to spend the second half in a loge...great day.

The Buckeyes onto the field...

...the famous Script Ohio...and 105,000 clapping in unison.

Mike got us into the loge...what a great experience...

....AND...the Buckeyes won... barely and not impressively...but they won.
